To inform versus to communicate

Information happens when you inform other people of something. The main idea here is a broadcast without caring for anything else.

Communication happens when you check that the message understood by the other person is what you wanted it to be.

As a rule, all the communication is evaluated by the understanding of the receiving end. If the message wasn't clearly received and understood, its value decreases.
